Changing the Last Build Label in Cruise Control (ccnet)

with No Comments

If you are using the CCNetLabel in your builds, to create version numbers there may be times when you would like to set the build label a bit higher.

By default Cruise Control keeps a state file in the same folder as your ccnet.config file. This file is called [ProjectName].state

To do this, stop the Cruise control service, and find and replace all occurrences of the build label’s numeric value. Restart your service, and your next build will have the correct value.
